how can i do setting for webcam XP to capture photo on the web?

i am a windows vista user and recently i install a security software called webcam xp but i have problem with its setting.i dont know how can i set it to take a picture and send it to my email.
anyhelp would be great

go to pictures, right click on the photo and select with Open with mail reception.
